1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing or account settings, or by contacting us at support@fourx.ai.
When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing period unless you reactivate your subscription.
2. Refund Eligibility
We may provide a refund if all of the following conditions are met:
You request the refund within 7 days of the original purchase or renewal.
The subscription or purchased credits have not been materially used during the billing period.
No substantial AI runs, workflow executions, generated outputs, exports, downloads, or token or credit usage have occurred.
The request is not connected to abuse, fraud, violation of our Terms of Service, or repeated refund requests.
Because our services may incur immediate third-party AI, infrastructure, and processing costs, used subscriptions, consumed credits, completed runs, generated outputs, and partially used billing periods are generally not refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
Used subscriptions.
Consumed credits, tokens, or run allowances.
One-time credit packs after credits have been used.
Partial months or unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation.
Fees for custom, enterprise, implementation, onboarding, or professional services.
Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Duplicate or Accidental Charges
If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or billed after cancellation, contact us at support@fourx.ai. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, issue a refund or credit.
5. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or refund rights that may apply under applicable law. Where applicable law requires a refund, we will comply with that law.

Please include your account email, workspace or company name, date of purchase, reason for the refund request, and any relevant billing reference or transaction ID.
Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, card network, and bank.
